How to focus and how to control our mind?

- 4. SPACE: All Physical, Digital, Emotional space should clean.
- 5. SOUL: Pray, Meditation
- 6. INPUT: Follow only one till you reach the goal.
- 7. KEEP 3C IN YOUR MIND: Common sense, Courage, Commitment.
- 8. It is better to prepare for a problem before it comes than to fight after it has come. If the price of onion decreases by Rs 5, we buy 5 kg extra. If we want to go somewhere, we book tickets 3 months in advance. Hearing the news of increase in the price of petrol by Rs 5, we fill the tank before 12 O’clock in the night by standing in a 500 meters long line. So, where we take so much care in such small things, then think how much we should be careful when it comes to our life.
